1. MINIMALISM​
Purge. Your clothes. Your electronics. Your toys. Just purge.
2. FITNESS
We all know this. But in passing it can seem daunting and time consuming. Fitness doesn't mean you have to join a gym or CrossFit, especially if that's not your thing. Just go for a walk. It feels amazing.

3. STOP CARING
Stop caring about dumb stuff. Care about what matters. Family and loved ones. Dumb stuff is money, clothes, partying, and other people's opinions.

4. LOVE...SOMETHING
Let yourself love someone or something...anything. Even if it's only a plant. Really commit. Both feet off the ground.

5. MUSIC
This is a total mood changer. Sometimes I'm so busy I forget to let music into my life. Listen to it or make it. You should probably listen to indie folk.

6. LAUGH
That joyous sound that comes out when you are happy. Let that happen.

7. READ
Something that makes you think outside of the box. Maybe Nietzsche, but anything really. Non-Fiction, but let Fiction in. Reading expands your mind.

8. CREATE
Make something that wasn't there before. Draw something. Paint something. Build something. Recreate something. The sense of accomplishment is great, but the process is far greater.

9. MEDITATE
Take some time each day without an electronic device and let your mind wonder. Some days your'll have realizations. Some days not. But the process is important.
